To support and empower our female PhD students, TIDE runs the Women@Science event, annually. Within the current event taking place this week, three female role models joined us and shared insights into their diverse career journeys. The presentations were followed by cozy discussions in small groups in a relaxed setting, offering participants the chance to ask questions and connect with one another.
